Cheryl Paine
Cheryl joined MRWED in 2004 and coordinates student support services such as post course, certification, and a variety of critical administrative processes. Cheryl has completed a Certificate II in Retail Operations, Certificate III in Business Administration and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment all of which contribute to her high level of understanding for client services as well as assisting in the training of the MRWED administration staff. Cheryl's polite and professional character is a highly valued attribute as part of the MRWED team. Cheryl won the MRWED Administration Award in 2009 & 2010.
Jenny Colvin
As the MRWED Operations and Logistics Coordinator, Jenny started at MRWED in 2008. Over the past 25 years she has had experience in a wide variety of industries from Finance to Childcare developing skills that are of great value to her role in supporting others. Jenny has also completed her Certificate III Business Frontline Management. Jenny's tireless efforts assist trainers and staff to ensure the MRWED experience for students is an enjoyable one. Jenny won the "MRWED reMARCable Award" for 2010, an award which acknowledges excellence as voted by the entire MRWED team. Jenny is the heart and soul of MRWED.
Carol Hutchins
Carol brings 15 years of financial experience to MRWED. Predominantly in the Service Industry she has extensive knowledge both nationally and internationally having worked at various locations throughout Europe and the USA. Carol has worked with the CEO of a newly established Children’s Charity, helping to establish the Charity and securing reoccurring Government Funding. Carol joined the MRWED Team in August 2009 as Financial Controller. Her role encompasses all financial aspects with Carol providing financial and management expertise to MRWED's Leadership Council.
Val Jones
Val works with the administration team responding to customer needs and producing training materials for the MRWED trainers. In 2011 Val obtained her Certificate IV Training and Assessment. Val assists the training team monitoring version control of all resources positively contributing to the complete learning experience for all MRWED students.
Zarina Fullerton
Zarina joined our MRWED team shortly after completing her secondary school studies in 2008. Having now worked in administration and client relations for nearly 3 years, she was successful in winning the “MRWED Admin of the Year” award for 2011. If you are contacting us for assistance, you would more than likely be speaking to the lovely and helpful Zarina who is the first point of contact here at MRWED. Zarina enjoys catching up with friends and is a big horror movie fan.
Michelle Gudgeon
Michelle joined the MRWED team in November 2010 as a Client Engagement Representative. She brings with her 10 years experience in Employment Services in various roles such as Administration, Team Leader, Manager and Training & Development Officer. Michelle has completed a Bachelor of Arts and more recently completed her Cert IV in Frontline Management and is currently upgrading her Cert IV in Training and Assessment with MRWED. She is a mother of 2 young children which keep her very busy indeed. Her outgoing personality and lively nature suits her new role in engaging with customers and businesses alike.
